The sweet spot is 8–11 months out—that’s when availability, pricing, and perks all work in your favor. Three to six months is still doable, but last-minute trips may require a little flexibility (and occasionally a rush fee). The earlier you start, the smoother it all goes.
How early should I start planning?
Once your form hits my inbox, I’ll send over the Welcome Guide and Client Agreement so you know exactly what to expect. Once that’s signed, we’ll get a Discovery Call on the books and get this party started.
What happens after I fill out the inquiry form?
Custom trip planning starts at $250 for up to six nights, plus $50 per additional night. Cruise planning is a flat $250 per cabin. Hotel-only bookings through my preferred partners (with a minimum spend of $2,500) have no planning fee—because perks should come standard.
What does it cost to work with you?
The planning fee is due before design begins. Travel costs (flights, hotels, etc.) are paid directly to the suppliers once you’re ready to confirm your trip. All payment schedules, policies, and receipts live inside your travel portal and itinerary—simple, transparent, and easy to keep track of.
When do I pay?
Of course. Two rounds of refinements are included so we can fine-tune until it feels just right. Beyond that, we can always adjust as needed—this is travel, not concrete.
Can I tweak my itinerary after it’s built?
I've got people to take care of my people. You get to enjoy your vacation while I—along with my on-the-ground partners—jump into action. Flight delay? Lost bag? Room issue? I've got it handled so you don't have to lift a finger.
What if something goes sideways during my trip?
Yep. I handle air when it’s part of your full itinerary or tied to a cruise. If you only need flights, I can book them separately for a small fee—just enough to keep the lights on and the upgrades flowing.
Do you book airfare too?
Absolutely. Whether it’s a multi-gen family getaway, a company incentive trip, or an executive retreat, I handle the moving parts so you don’t have to. My goal? To make you look like a rockstar while I quietly run things behind the scenes. You get the credit; I’ll handle the chaos.
